Tired of Re-Sealing Your Roof Every Year? There Is a Better Way.

You sealed your roof in spring. By next summer, water was pooling again. You applied another coat the following year - and the year after that. Each time, the seams still fail. Each time, you're back on a ladder. This is your life with temporary solutions: endless maintenance, endless worry, endless money spent on quick fixes that don't hold.

There's a mid-tier option out there. Dicor acrylic coating adds 5-7 years of extra life, which sounds good - but it's still temporary. It still fails at the seams. Every product you've ever tried has seams. Every seam is where the failure starts. You treat the symptoms year after year instead of solving the problem once. Crazy Seal is different. This is pharmaceutical-grade silicone with polyethylene fiber infusion - what rebar does to concrete, fiber does to silicone. The result: 2,140 psi tensile strength, 830% elongation, operating range from -75 degrees Fahrenheit to plus 350 degrees Fahrenheit. No seams. No joints. One seamless membrane from front to back. When other companies say no, we say yes - and we say "One and Done." Fiberglass Worx is Colorado's only certified Crazy Seal installer. This isn't a product you can get anywhere else in the state. Install it once. Never worry about your roof again.

Fiberglass Worx specializes in what others won’t touch. We perform full structural rebuilds using marine-grade fiberglass mat and resin with our proprietary bonding compounds. Your collision damage gets fixed right the first time. We work directly with insurance adjusters to coordinate claims. Our 4–6 week turnaround gets you back on the road while dealerships are still scheduling appointments. Our team brings over 20 years of combined fiberglass experience, and our dedicated indoor facility means consistent quality regardless of Colorado weather.

How It Works

How Crazy Seal Installation Works at Fiberglass Worx

Every Crazy Seal roof follows our proven 6-step process in our dedicated indoor facility.

1

Free Verbal Estimate & Roof Assessment

Bring your RV to our shop at 7685 Dahlia Street in Commerce City. We inspect your existing membrane - check the substrate, assess the current condition, look for soft spots, water damage, or compromised areas. We give you an honest assessment on the spot: what's needed, what's possible, realistic cost and timeline. No vague quotes. No surprises later.

2

Old Membrane Removal & Surface Prep

We remove your existing roof membrane completely - rubber, acrylic, whatever was there before. This step is non-negotiable. Crazy Seal requires a bare, clean surface to bond properly. We remove everything that isn't solid substrate. This is where most shortcuts happen. We don't take them.

3

Substrate Repair

Once the membrane is gone, we can see what we're working with. Rotted plywood. Damaged insulation. Compromised framing. We repair or replace any substrate damage we find. A permanent coating on a damaged roof isn't permanent. We fix the foundation first.

4

Crazy Seal Application

This is where the magic happens - but only in a controlled indoor environment. Our dedicated facility controls temperature and humidity to exact specifications. We apply pharmaceutical-grade silicone with polyethylene fiber infusion across your entire roof. No seams. No joints. One seamless membrane from one end to the other. The process is meticulous. The result is permanent.

5

Cure & Quality Inspection

Crazy Seal needs time and controlled conditions to cure properly. We maintain temperature and humidity throughout the curing process - something outdoor installation or an open bay can't do. Once fully cured, we perform a multi-point inspection: coverage, adhesion, finish quality, edge sealing. We walk the entire roof with you.

6

Warranty Registration & Delivery

We register your 50-year fully transferable warranty. We walk you through what was done, how the coating performs over time, and what you need to know about maintenance. Then we get your RV back to you - with a roof that will outlast the vehicle itself.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Crazy Seal at Fiberglass Worx.

What is Crazy Seal and how is it different from other RV roof coatings?

Crazy Seal is pharmaceutical-grade silicone with polyethylene fiber infusion. It delivers 2,140 psi tensile strength, 830% elongation, and operates from -75 degrees Fahrenheit to plus 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Unlike acrylic or rubber coatings, Crazy Seal is applied seamlessly with no joints or seams. There's nowhere for water to get in. It comes with a 50-year fully transferable warranty. It's permanent.

How much does Crazy Seal installation cost?

Cost depends on your RV size, roof condition, and substrate repairs needed. We provide free verbal estimates in person at our shop - because every roof is different. The investment is significant, but the 50-year warranty and zero maintenance make it the most cost-effective solution long-term. No more annual resealing. No more roof worries. One installation. One time.

How long does installation take?

The entire process takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish. That includes membrane removal, surface prep, substrate repairs if needed, Crazy Seal application, curing in our controlled environment, and quality inspection. The curing phase requires specific temperature and humidity conditions - which is why it must be done indoors. We can't rush this part without compromising the result.

Why does it have to be installed indoors?

Crazy Seal's pharmaceutical-grade silicone needs precise temperature and humidity control to bond properly and cure correctly. Colorado's variable weather - wind, rapid temperature swings, dry air - would compromise adhesion and curing. Our dedicated indoor facility maintains exact conditions throughout the entire process. This is why Crazy Seal can only be installed by certified professionals with controlled facilities.

Is the 50-year warranty really transferable when I sell my RV?

Yes - completely. When you sell your RV, the warranty transfers to the new owner. This is a massive selling point. Buyers know the roof is protected for decades. This adds real resale value to your RV. It's one of the biggest advantages Crazy Seal has over every other coating on the market.

Can Crazy Seal go over my existing membrane or does it have to be removed?

The existing membrane must be removed. Crazy Seal requires a bare substrate to bond properly. If we installed it over an old membrane, adhesion would be compromised and the coating would fail. Complete membrane removal is non-negotiable. It's more work upfront, but it ensures the permanent result you're paying for.

Does Crazy Seal hold up to Colorado hail?

Absolutely. The polyethylene fiber infusion gives Crazy Seal 830% elongation - meaning it flexes and moves with impact without cracking. The 2,140 psi tensile strength handles whatever Colorado throws at it. Colorado's freeze-thaw cycles, hail season, high-altitude UV, temperature swings from 30 degrees below zero to 90 degrees above - Crazy Seal is built for all of it.

What RV brands do you install Crazy Seal on?

We install Crazy Seal on any RV - Class A, Class B, Class C, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers. If it has a fiberglass or rubber roof and a sound substrate, we can apply Crazy Seal. The same six-step process and permanent result apply regardless of brand or size.
