When working with fiberglass, it's important to protect yourself from inhaling dust and fibers. A mask with a particulate filter, such as an N95 respirator, is a good choice. For more extensive exposure, consider a respirator with P100 filters, which offer a higher level of protection. Additionally, ensure the mask fits well and creates a proper seal around your face.
