Downtime Costs You. We Get It.

Your truck hood got torn up on the highway. Your tractor fender cracked pulling through a fence line. You took it to the dealership and they quoted you two months downtime and a four-figure bill. You called local body shops and heard the same thing: "That's fiberglass work. We don't do that." For farmers and ranchers, downtime is lost money. When other companies say no, we say yes.

Fiberglass Worx specializes in what others won't touch. We repair truck hoods, cabs, fenders, and body panels from commercial and agricultural vehicles. Most shops refuse this work because they aren't equipped for fiberglass — they rely on body filler and cheap adhesives instead of proper materials. We perform full structural repairs using marine-grade fiberglass mat and resin with our proprietary bonding compounds. Your damage gets fixed right the first time. We work directly with insurance adjusters to coordinate claims. Our 4-6 week turnaround gets you back to work while dealerships are still scheduling appointments. Our team brings over 20 years of combined fiberglass experience, and our dedicated indoor climate-controlled facility means consistent quality regardless of Colorado weather.

How It Works

How Truck and Tractor Fiberglass Repair Works at Fiberglass Worx

Every truck and tractor repair follows our proven 6-step process in our dedicated indoor facility.

1

Free Verbal Estimate*

Call us at (303) 585-0515 with photos or damage details. We ask specific questions about the damage — collision damage, road damage, hail damage, or wear damage. We ask where the damage is located and whether you're working with insurance. We give you a realistic estimate range over the phone, no obligation, no paperwork required.

2

Damage Documentation & Insurance Coordination

When you bring your truck or tractor in, we document the damage with photos and measurements. If you have insurance, we coordinate directly with your adjuster. We handle the paperwork, submit photos, and work within your deductible and coverage limits. You don't chase down your insurance company. We do that.

3

Surface Preparation

We remove damaged fiberglass and adhesives down to sound material. This isn't cosmetic work. We expose the structural damage so we can rebuild it properly. Prep work takes time, but it's the foundation of a repair that lasts.

4

Structural Rebuild

Using marine-grade fiberglass mat and resin with our proprietary bonding compounds, we rebuild the damaged section. We rebuild it stronger than factory spec. Structural integrity comes first. Appearance follows.

5

Gelcoat Application & Color Match

Once the structural work cures, we apply gelcoat and match your truck or tractor's original color as closely as possible. We sand and finish the repair so it blends with the surrounding panels.

6

Quality Inspection & Delivery

We inspect every repair before you pick it up. We walk you through what was done, how the repair will perform, and what to expect long-term. Then we get your vehicle back to you in 4–6 weeks.

*Formal written quotes are charged at $175. This is discounted from the final invoice if work is performed.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about truck and tractor fiberglass repair at Fiberglass Worx.

How much does truck and tractor fiberglass repair cost?

Costs depend on damage severity, repair location, and whether structural elements are involved. We offer a free in-person assessment with a realistic price range. Formal written quotes are charged at $175. Call (303) 585-0515 to schedule your assessment.

How long does truck or tractor fiberglass repair take?

Most repairs take 4–6 weeks from start to finish. We prioritize structural integrity over speed. Dealerships often quote 8–12 weeks because they're not equipped for this work. For working vehicles, downtime matters to your bottom line.

Will insurance cover the repair?

Most truck and tractor damage is covered under collision or comprehensive insurance. We coordinate directly with adjusters, submit documentation, and work within your coverage limits. You handle the deductible.

What types of truck and tractor fiberglass damage do you repair?

We repair hoods, cabs, fenders, and body panels from commercial and agricultural vehicles. We handle collision damage, road damage, impact damage, and wear damage. Both structural and cosmetic repairs are our specialty.

Why won't other shops repair my truck or tractor?

Many shops lack the expertise for fiberglass structural rebuilds. They use body filler and cheap adhesives instead of proper materials. When they can't guarantee a repair, they say no. We have the skills, materials, and facility to say yes.

Why can't you give me an exact quote over the phone?

Every repair is different. Damage severity, impact angle, material condition, and existing wear all affect pricing. A free in-person assessment gives you a realistic range with a formal written quote. Exact pricing comes after inspection.

Does Colorado's climate affect truck and tractor fiberglass repairs?

Colorado's dry air, temperature swings, and high altitude don't negatively impact our repairs. Our dedicated indoor climate-controlled facility maintains proper humidity and temperature during repair work. Our marine-grade materials and bonding compounds handle Colorado's conditions without issue.

Do you repair all RV brands?

Yes. We repair Escape, Tiffin, Newmar, Grand Design, Brinkley, Luxe, Winnebago, Airstream, Thor, Keystone, Jayco, Entegra, and all other RV brands. We’re an official Escape Trailer Industries service partner, but our expertise covers the entire RV spectrum.
